Truttaedacnitis
Truttaedacnitis are one of the most common nematodes encountered in salmonids and whitefish in Oregon. Under the microscope, the worms have a characteristic head structure.
The species found in salmonids is Truttaedacnitis truttae. Truttaedacnitis worms have been seen also in Pacific lamprey.
